One file for all of Brazil, read locally. No server, no API key, and the addresses you geocode never leave your machine.
Get started
The file for Brazil is 677 MB and holds 67.19 million addresses from IBGE CNEFE 2022 (via Overture Maps). Download it once, checked against the signed release; every query after that runs on your machine, with no API key and no rate limit.

A CEP works with or without the hyphen (01310-200 or 01310200), and the usual Brazilian form with the neighbourhood and the state after the street works as written.
